  I hope to get some ElWire this year.
  But I actually still have like 200 pieces of these small glo-sticks (still got power in 'em to glow) which I will bringing for everyones using pleasure.
  I bought those guys off of eBay last year for super-cheap.

      Nevermind. It stands for electrolumination! I like this site a lot, but my other question is, if you buy bulk wire how do you clip it off so that the stuff doesn't leak out?

        There is no "leaking out" - elWire GLOWS because current is running through it... not because of some "stuff" inside.
        
        You can buy bulk and cut it, but you need to understand how to connect it to the power supply at that point.
